Don’t deal with this company ever. First they made “mistake” to get me… in two month they “corrected mistake” which added to my premium another $150 or so. Next year Citizen increased their premium more than 10% – still no action from agent other than explanation to me that “it’s fine. In the middle of term I’ve got the offer from them to switch and get the same coverage or better for the same money… well on renew I’ve got premium increased almost 3 times! If they know that when switch me they are cheaters if they didn’t just unprofessional. In either case I don’t recommend anybody repeat my mistake.
