To calculate the amount of thin brick needed:

  1. Calculate the surface area of the surface that needs to have brick applied (height * width).

  2. Add up the total height of all corners (so if you have 4 corners that are 10 feet high, 4 * 10 = 40 feet)

  3. Multiply your answer from #2 by .75 (since the corner bricks will cover some of the flat portion of the wall)

  4. Subtract #3 from #1 to get the total amount of brick needed for the flat surfaces. Your answer from #2 is how much corner brick you will need.
